JULY 16, 2026 — RIVERFRONT - DALLAS, TX

PARTICIPANT RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration for being permitted to enter and participate in the Buddy the Longhorn Media Day and related activities at Fuel City Riverfront, 801 S. Riverfront Blvd., Dallas, Texas (the "Event"), I agree as follows:

  1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

I understand the Event may include or involve: live longhorns and other animals; animal movement, horns, hooves, bites, kicks, crushing or trampling; uneven, wet, dusty, muddy or slippery surfaces; dirt, hay, plywood walkways, fences, gates and temporary structures; crowds; vehicles; electrical cords, lighting, generators and sound equipment; food and beverages; weather and heat exposure; photography and filming; and other temporary event equipment or attractions. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks of personal injury, death, illness, allergic reaction, property loss or damage arising from my presence or participation, including risks caused by the ordinary negligence of any Released Party. Participant acknowledges that animals are inherently unpredictable and may react suddenly and without warning despite appropriate handling or safety precautions. This Agreement applies whether actively participating in, observing, photographing, filming, interviewing, or otherwise attending the Event. Assumption of risk includes lightning, wind, rain, flooding, and excessive heat. I assume all known and unknown risks, including injuries or damages that are presently unknown or that develop in the future.

RELEASE OF NEGLIGENCE: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, I RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR CAUSED BY THEIR OWN ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT PREMISES CONDITIONS, SUPERVISION, SECURITY, SETUP, MAINTENANCE, ANIMAL HANDLING, FOOD SERVICE, OR FAILURE TO WARN. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED.

  1. RELEASED PARTIES; RELEASE; COVENANT NOT TO SUE

"Released Parties" means Fuel City, its property owner(s), operator(s), parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, independent contractors; Drizz and its affiliates; B3 and all animal owners, handlers and providers; security, food, entertainment, production and other vendors; sponsors; volunteers; and each of their respective insurers, successors and assigns. I release, waive and forever discharge the Released Parties from all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to my entry, presence or participation in the Event, whether known or unknown, and covenant not to sue them, except to the extent prohibited by law. Released Parties shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Participant's cameras, phones, computers, vehicles, equipment, or other personal property.

  1. SAFETY RULES; MEDICAL CARE; PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I will follow all posted rules and instructions; remain only in authorized areas; not touch, feed, approach or enter an animal area without express handler permission; and immediately leave any area when directed. I am not impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication or any condition that would make participation unsafe. I authorize reasonable emergency medical care if I am unable to consent, understand no medical personnel may be present, and accept responsibility for all medical and transportation costs. I am responsible for my belongings and for damage I cause to persons or property. Participant agrees that all instructions given by Fuel City personnel, security, animal handlers, or event management are mandatory and must be followed immediately. Fuel City reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event at any time, with or without cause, if Fuel City determines that continued participation presents a safety risk or otherwise interferes with Event operations. Fuel City reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person appearing impaired. Participant assumes responsibility for the safe operation of any equipment brought onto the premises and is responsible for any damage caused by such equipment. No drone or unmanned aircraft may be operated without prior written approval.

  1. INDEMNITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from my acts or omissions, violation of Event rules, property damage I cause, or claims brought by or through me, my guests or any minor for whom I sign, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot lawfully be released or indemnified. Fuel City may postpone, modify, or cancel the Event for weather, safety, animal welfare, operational needs, or other circumstances without liability.

  1. PHOTO / VIDEO / PUBLICITY RELEASE

I grant the Released Parties permission to photograph, record and use my name, image, likeness, voice and statements captured at the Event in any media for advertising, publicity, news, social media and promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval. I waive claims relating to such authorized use.

  1. TEXAS LAW; SEVERABILITY; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Texas law governs this Agreement. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will remain effective. This is the entire agreement concerning these subjects and may be amended only in writing.

  1. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND CONSENT

This Agreement may be executed electronically. For the July 16, 2026 Event, Participant executes this Agreement by typing their full legal name in the designated field of the Event RSVP form (Partiful), which constitutes Participant's electronic signature with the same force and effect as a handwritten signature under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act. The date and time of the RSVP submission constitute the date and time of execution. By typing their name, Participant affirms each acknowledgment in this Agreement that calls for initials, including the publicity release in Section 5.

BY SIGNING, I CONFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS AND CONSULT COUNSEL, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY. I UNDERSTAND I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.
