At Drizz Drops, we know you want to upgrade your drinks as soon as possible. That’s why we pack every bottle with care and ship directly from our headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
1. Processing & Handling
We aim to get your drops moving fast. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 12 PM CST often ship the same day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Selection
We don't believe in "one size fits all" shipping. To give you the best price, we use live carrier rates.

Choose Your Service: At checkout, you will see a list of available shipping services (such as USPS Ground Advantage, UPS, or FedEx).

Real-Time Pricing: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your bottles and your delivery address.

Dallas/Texas Speed: Since we ship from Dallas, our Texas customers often receive their drops within 1–2 business days of shipping!
3. Order Tracking
Once your Drizz Drops are on the way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.
4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. Please ensure you select USPS as your carrier at checkout for these locations, as UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
5. Damages & Issues
We pack our bottles securely to prevent leaks, but if your order arrives damaged or if a bottle has leaked during transit, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Drizz Drops is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, please contact the specific carrier you selected at checkout to open an investigation.
