Quit the can. Not cold turkey.
Swap your energy drink for drops. Then step down one squeeze at a time.
65 mg per squeeze. Zero sugar. You set the dose, so you can lower it.

The short answer
How to quit energy drinks
The easiest way to quit energy drinks is to step down, not stop. Cutting back gradually, around 25% a week, is the common advice for avoiding withdrawal headaches. Cans make that hard: each one is a fixed dose, 80 mg in a Red Bull and 160 mg in a Monster. Drizz Energy Drops are 65 mg per squeeze with zero sugar, so you lower your dose one squeeze at a time.
The research
Why stepping down works.
Quitting is hard for real reasons, not willpower. Caffeine habits are physical, and new habits take weeks to stick.
-
50%
of people in controlled caffeine studies got headaches when they stopped abruptly. Symptoms start within 12 to 24 hours and can last 2 to 9 days.
-
66 days
was the median time it took people to make a new daily behavior automatic. For some it took 18 days, for others 254.
-

Questions
Quitting questions, answered.
Will I get headaches if I quit energy drinks?
Cutting back too fast is what usually triggers them, so a slow step-down lowers the risk. Everyone is different: if a week feels rough, hold that week before dropping another squeeze.
How many squeezes equal my energy drink?
One squeeze is 65 mg. A Red Bull (80 mg) is about one squeeze, and a 16 oz Monster (160 mg) is about two.
What's the most Drizz I can have in a day?
Follow the label: no more than 3 squeezes (195 mg) in 24 hours. If you drink more than that now, swap one can at a time first, like week 1 of the plan.
Can I quit caffeine completely with Drizz?
Yes. Step down to one squeeze a day, then stop. Or stay at one if that's where you feel best.
Is Drizz sugar-free?
Yes, zero sugar. It's sweetened with sucralose, and the full ingredient list is on every bottle.
What do I mix it into?
Water, sparkling water or any cold drink you already like. Drizz is unflavored.
